CONDITIONS
Groups and long stays
Special rates are available on request for bookings concerning 10 or or more guests and/or for a minimum stay of 5 nights in the lodge.
Child policy:
To enable us to provide guests with a tranquil, sophisticated wilderness experience, we regret no children under 12 are allowed in the lodge, except if they are part of a group that has booked the entire camp.
Children between the ages of 12-16 pay 60% of rate when staying in their own suite (Nanny service can be provided) and 25% when staying in one suite with their parents.
Reservation procedures

Preliminary reservations may be made directly or via the reservations form on this website |

All final reservations should be made through our Johannesburg head office or our European sales office (SGR-member). |

Reservations will be held as a provisional booking for a maximum of 7 days or until a 50% deposit has been received. The deposit should be made no less then 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. A written confirmation will be sent once deposit has been received. |

Balance of payment must be made 3 weeks prior to arrival. |
• |
If bookings are made at short notice (less than 3 weeks prior to arrival) a 100% deposit is required to secure the booking. |

Once reservations have been confirmed a guest information sheet will be forwarded to you for completion, this information sheet assists us in giving guests an entirely new game lodge experience with unequalled personal service. The information is for internal use only and is confidential. |
Cancellation policy
For cancellations made before 40 days of scheduled arrival will be 100% of deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations within 40 days prior to arrival, the following cancellation fee’s apply:
